I've spent nearly thirty years working in accounting and finance, with a career that has given me the opportunity to see businesses from many different perspectives.

As my career moved into senior finance leadership, I never outgrew the accounting. I still appreciate a clean reconciliation, a well-run month-end close, and the satisfaction of finding the answer when something doesn't make sense. And I've seen what happens when the accounting is right — you can stop wondering whether you can trust the numbers and start using them to understand what's happening in your business.

Throughout my career, I've helped businesses through growth, acquisitions, audits, systems implementations, and periods of significant change. But the work I've valued most isn't tied to a particular title. It's solving problems, strengthening businesses, and building relationships with people who know they can count on me.

I wanted the next chapter of my work to reflect more of what is important to me — service, relationships, integrity, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for the people I work with. That's what led me to start Grace Financial Management. The name is personal to me, and so is the practice I'm building around it.
